Hello Listers, Please could some kind soul look up the 1841 census for John Groves born about 1806 on Isle of Wight, is possibly the son of John and Mary Groves born in Whippingham, Newchurch or Newport IOW, England. John's Groves born abt 1806 occupation could be a Shipwright? All I know is that John Groves married Mary Ann Vinson 10 Apr 1846 at Whippingham. John Groves Died in 1847 leaving Mary with a daughter Jane Ann Groves born 1847 and possibly pregnant with their son James Henry Groves who was born Early 1848 in East Cowes, IOW.
