Mother is Sarah WEST. I was begining to think that the this Sarah WEST is the one who marries John ANGLES (ANGLAS in the free BDM's) in 1855. The ages of :- Sarah WEST born 1823 with father David and Sarah ANGLES in the 1861 census with a nephew George WEST. (she is given as aged 30) are not very close. The Marriage certificate for Sarah WEST and John ANGLES has been ordered to find out the father of this Sarah. The other problem is the occupation for David WEST on the first marriage of George WEST in 1867 - Carman. The occupation of David WEST father of Sarah would be ineresting to find out from the 1851 census. Also is he the David WEST that you found in the BDM's as died 1852?
