Can anyone help with an 1871 census look-up for John Hemmett and his wife Mary? John was a Colour Sergeant of the 2nd Battalion 17th Foot. Mary died at Aldershot Barracks in August 1871 aged 31. There is scope for surname variations, e.g. Hem(m)et(t), Em(m)et(t). Thanks, Alan McGowan
