    3. Hi everyone, I wonder if someone can help me with a census entry from 1861 at Gosport please? The details I have are: King Street, Alverstoke, Gosport. Mary A Goodfellow, Head, Married, b1829 (32) Fishbourne, Hants., Beerhouse Keeper; William Gates, Brother, Unmarried, b1839 (22) Fishbourne, Hants., Carpenter; Emma Gates, Niece, Unmarried, b1843 (18) Fishbourne, Hants., Servant; James Purkis, Lodger, Unmarried, b1825 (36) not known, Labourer; William Hayman, Lodger, Married, b1801 (60) Sussex, Plasterer; Caroline Alderey, Head, Unmarried, b1832 (29) Petersfield, Laundress. Should Caroline be in a household on her own, maybe next door, or is she correctly placed in the household of Mary, but as her own boss so to speak? Thanks in advance, kind regards to all, Jon -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. Version: 7.0.344 / Virus Database: 267.10.21/96 - Release Date: 9/10/05
