    3. Hi Ann, I think it must depend on the things you put in to the initial search. I found my family no problem, all I put in was the name of one person in the family and the county and town I expected to find them in. Having found this one person, I just clicked on 'view other family members'. I registered with the site a while ago, although I didn't 'subscribe'. Now every time theres a limited period free access offer, I seem to ba able to get in without having to re-register, but I still don't have a subscription, nor do I get any spam from them (If I remember rightly, there's a check box on the registration which you can un-check if you don't want e-mails from them).
