I am trying to locate a William Mills or Robinson born 1840 Hound. Parents James Mills and Ann Robinson. James and Ann married May 1843 Hound On the 1841 Census for Hound he is eight months old listed as William Robinson living with William Robinson 54 yrs Ann Robinson 19 ys James Mills 24 yrs 1851 Census listed as William Mills son 10 yrs with James Mills, Ann Mills, siblings, Ellen, George, James, Louisa. 1861 Census Hedge End listed as William Robinson son 21 yrs with above family plus Rose, Albert, Jessie. His occupation 1861 ag lab & milkman. Born Hound. He is not the William Mills in 1881 & 1891 living Hatch Bottom as I now have the marriage certificates for that William who married Harriett Reeves & Charlotte Duffield. (his father was John Mills).
