Hi Edna in Ottawa; I've already checked the batches from Hambledon, T.W. isn't on them. He didn't produce christening records when he applied to HEIC. Actually there are two Thomas Wallers, both MD's father and son. I know quite a bit about TW the son as he was my Grandmothers grandfather and the Brits kept quite good records in India. His youngest son emigrated to Tasmania Australia and they kept good records there too. Thanks for your interest. You might like to know one result of my search is to find a cousin living in South Africa. He's the great great grandson of a brother of my great great grandfather.Together we have different things we have found out and when we put them together we have a more comprehensive picture. Pat
