    3. You obviously have not referred to my book* recently Chris, or you would have remembered that Magdalen Hill Cemetery was not opened until 1916 !!. Unless the 1905 burial was in a churchyard, which is unlikely, the most probable place for the burial would have been the West Hill Cemetery, Winchester, which had been opened from 1840. The records up to 1908 (unconsecrated) and 1918 (consecrated) are held by the Hampshire Record Office, who may do a lookup for you if you send them an email.
