Dear Richard, In 1859 Holly Hill (no modifier) was a neat mansion in a beautiful park, the country seat of Lord William Henry Hugh Cholmondeley, CB, MP for South Hants. 1852-57. In 1875 it was the seat of Capt. Maxse, R.N.; in 1898-1911 it was home to plain old George Winn. Regards, David
