    3. Hi Chris, Strange isn't it? I'm on a few Rootsweb lists & at first I thought it was just those which were affected, but it's also happening to some of the postings to the M&LFHS list, which runs on a different system. What puzzles me, is that it's not consistent - it's only happening to some messages and not others. It#s not even consistently the same people doing the sending - OK one day, then in the junk, then back to normal from the same person to the list! Oh well, at least I know to keep a look out now. Funny thing is though I received postings from a couple of non rootsweb groups and those that I post to them like this group means I get a copy back, these are programmed to go unopened in my delete box and they normally show on the Delete icon as unread (bold text). Just lately I have not been getting this and check my Delete box and nothing there I first of all check my mail on BTs mailpage and delete all junk there but they are not even on the server! Not that I mind but I do like to know my postings are getting through Chris ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lesley" <[email protected]> To: "M&LFHS" <[email protected]>; "'CHESHIRE'" <[email protected]>; <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, April 06, 2007 1:33 PM Subject: [ENG-HANTS] Non-gen, but relevant Hi Listers, I've just diiscovered that since the middle of March, 50 of my incoming e-mails to various lists have ended up in my Junk E-mail folder. Nothing to do with anything I've done, but I suspect that a Windows secutiry update is the culprit. Good job I check it before deleting! Just thought I'd mention it in case it's happening to anyone else & they are not aware of it. Regards Lesley Baxendale Colwyn Bay, N Wales ............................................. 3. Exactly! I am on a Royal Signals list, in fact I moderate two of them and this is on Yahoo and its still the same one day email Fred is in the delete box next day Email Harry, and Fred is in the Inbox!! Then next time both Harry and Fred are in the same box!! The same in my BT homepage, one day they are in the Junk/spam box! I know Spam filters are not perfect but they say that after you have trained them they are!! I suppose training them to recognise something as legal is just as difficult to training a dog to type!!!
