Hello List, I have been looking for Lilian Mary HOSKING (nee VINEY) who was the widow of my Kenneth HOSKING. I have come across a death notice via Google in the Daily Echo. - Lilian Mary MANNING - Formerly HOSKING - nee VINEY I now see that Lilian must have remarried after Kenneth's death in 1977 to a man called Charles MANNING. It seems that she was also the widow of Charles at the time of her death in March 2007. Can anyone suggest as to how I might find anything more, as I do not know if there were any children between Kenneth or Charles. The notice only mentions that she died at the New Forest Nursing Home, and Family flowers only. Any help and advice would be truly appreciated, no matter how small. Many Thanks & best wishes Heather
Heather, If the death notice was in the Echo and there is a mention of family flowers only, this would suggest to me that the name of the the Undertakers would be a part of the announcement. Perhaps contact with them would enable you to get a letter passed on to the next of kin.
