Hi Ann, it certainly is possible to create a GED file and exclude certain data. First go to the main BK screen Select 'GEDCOM' Select 'EXPORT' Select 'SELECTED PEOPLE' Enter number of generations you want to export or leave at 99 Select 'DESCENDANTS OF A PERSON' Enter record number of person you want to start with. Select 'COPY THE SELECTED PEOPLE NOW' Next when the box opens enter a 'name for the new GED file' and where you want to store it Select 'SAVE' At this point a screen will appear that will allow you to determine what you want to include or exclude in the GED file.
