    3. Ah, you make me homesick (odd concept for a person not born there!) - can't wait to be back to look around again. I was most impressed with the thatched roofs (rooves?) - photographs don't do justice to the sheer size and bulk of these. I was surprised at just how dominant they are in relation to the houses. Thanks for all the great posts and local information.
