I would suggest checking the Wootton St Lawrence PR's, this isn't one of my families in the area, so I am only going on snippets of unproven notes. Harriet Kate dau of Charlie and Sarah on 1901 census says born Wootton St Lawrence so worth a try for Lucy, likewise you might find Ernest there to as his GRO 1888 Jun Q By the way I think Lucy married Clement Westbrook c 1906 probably Alton area. Lucy bn Sept Q 1886 Basingstoke, [the parishes of Odiham, Hartley Wintney, Winchfield, Dogmersfield came under the Hartley Wintney Registration area] For the others have you checked the Hook PR's or even Elvetham in the other direction, you mention a Froyle link it would be worth checking those PR's as you will at least of eliminated them if you don't find any of the baptisms.
