Hello, Can anyone tell me the names of any schools in Aldershot in the 1890s, please? I am looking for a Rose Emma Kathleen BRANT who was born in 1886 in Kent, the illegitimate daughter of Minnie BRANT(details from her birth certificate), Rose was living with William & Pheobe CONSTANT in Aldershot, Hants. on the 1901census as their adopted daughter, and on the 1911 census is still with them as their adopted daughter but by this time she is married to a soldier. On both census her place of birth is given as MALDON, ESSEX Also was she baptised at Aldershot? The CONSTANT family were living in Selsey, Sussex but left there sometime after 1866 and are on the 1871 census for Union Street, Aldershot. I haven't been able to locate either the CONSTANT family or Rose on the 1891 census, anywhere. On the 1901 census Rose is 14 yrs. of age and her name is listed as BRANT not CONSTANT. Myrtle
