Hello Jean As you have found a way into Genes Reunited via an e-mail they sent you, why not try setting up the sender's address of that e-mail as one of your "favourites" ? That may then let you access GR to discuss direct with them your problem. Keep that e-mail Sometimes it seems it is the only way to access Genes Reunited completely. Also I find you have to keep signing in at different stages.
