Here's the first of my Hampshire names:   JEFFERY - Medstead and possibly Micheldever.   My GG Grandfather is Henry born 1823 s/o Paul Jeffery and Hannah Marshall.Paul born 1776 being the s/o James Jeffery and Mary Budd. James was born in 1739 if his burial age is correct, this makes it likely that he is the James Jeffery born 1739 in Micheldever. A few Jeffery researchers think the 1733 James Jeffery of Alton is a better fit as Alton is closer.   Judy
