The Folio and page numbers in previous censuses would refer to the enumerators books which are not yet online. Each household was a schedule so the page No and Folio will only be available when refering to the enumerators book. These reference numbers are needed so that the record could be found again and if the numbers are not needed I would not see the need to record them.
