I have been unable to access the site since July of 2007. I have tried everything, even getting my ISP involved. I receive their emails but cannot reply to them as one has to go into the site to respond. I was able to send an email to them outlining my problem but no one bothered to reply. I have recently received a message from them regarding my automatic renewal which is due next month and I can't even tell them not to do it. Can anyone out there help?? If you click on this link... http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/ what exactly happens? Do you get an error message? Do you get into the home page at all? If you do, does it give you the option to 'Sign Out' on the right hand side? Hi Jean and Rich, Have you tried to access GR using an alternative browser? I remember having difficulty a couple of years ago displaying Family Trees using my then regular browser, but if I used another (which might have been Internet Explorer) all was fine. I'm using Firefox now, and have no problems.
