The International Drumhead Ceremony takes place on Southsea Common adjacent to the Naval War Memorial on 29th June starting at 1100. Unfortunately it is in the opposite direction from Old Portsmouth where the Harboureye Webcam and Tower Webcam are situated although you will see some of the ships arriving for the International Festival of the Sea.
