It might be worth mentioning here that if you come across an error like this in Ancestry you can notify them and they will then add the correct name as a "subscriber submitted correction" and although the wrong name will continue to be there, the correct one will come up on future searches. I have submitted several corrections and they have appeared quite promptly. Go to the page which shows the information for the one individual and click on Comments and Corrections on the right-hand side. It is pretty straightforward from there. (I'm not trying to teach *anyone* to suck eggs, but hope this might be helpful to newer researchers.) -- Jenny M Benson
