    3. Just like to add to Sarah's comments re information on certificartes. I have a Mary Ann Guile dying in 1882 Portsea with Amelia Ann Groom given as her granddaughter present at the death. Whoopee I said another clue, except following through via censii etc. Amelia Ann b. 1843 was the daughter of Richard Howard and Caroline Mathews. She married Charles Groom in 1863 St. Marys, Portsea. Nothing has come to light with the names Groom, Howard or Mathews that links them to the Guile family.
