Kezia Ann ELLEN was born in 1834 in Andover to Joseph and Ann ELLEN, nee ARTHUR. Are there any records which would show where they were living at that time? By the time registration was introduced, the family had moved back to London. I believe Ann ARTHUR was born in Andover in 1802 so they may have been visiting her relatives. Meg, W.
