    2. You see Jon I know the people are right as I have my wife's mothers birth certificate with their names on Walter James Catchpole and Elizabeth Clark and that ties in with that reference if you look at others on that day she is there with Walter. 3. Pardon me for saying this bob, but I don't think sending them a stinking email will stand you in good stead. They are imperfect and make mistakes, like we all do, we have to admit that. They are only human, a moment's distraction at the wrong time, and they could easilly have missed it. I'd imagine their servers wouldn't allow the image through that you sent them either. I can understand your anger, but if you only gave them a quarter of a year for the event, they'd charge you to search that quarter anyway. Just get back in touch like Edna says, and explain that you found the index on ancestry, and that it matches the index on Free BMD, and would they mind checking it again please, etc etc etc. they do have a very heavy workload looking up requests. the other thing I wondered is, did you order by telephon or through the internete? If by phone they may have misheard you, and if on line, there's a chance you could have accidentally entered the wrong details by mistake, eg, 557 instead of 577 etc. Just a few things to think about. Kindest regards .. and I hope you get it sorted out, Jon -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
