Hi Sue, There are 2 James Silvesters in Portsea in 1861: James Silvester born abt 1809 Southwick, Hampshire - at Kingston - presumably this is the James as there is a servant in the household? and james Silvester born abt 1839 Hambledon, Hampshire - at Landport I can't see the images as I'm blind, but this is from the transcriptions on ancestry.
