Re-posting: Good Morning, The CWGC website shows: Thos. R. FUNNELL- Yoeman RN - d. 20.1.1920, aged 37, his service number and nationality, served on HMS Greenwich, buried Worthing (Broadwater) Cemetery. Husband of my g/aunt Frances Gertrude (McGregor) Funnell. My question: If he did not die serving during WW 1, why is he mentioned on CWGC site?
