There is an I.B.G. Sandon listed in the phone book for the Portsmouth area living in East Lavant, Chichester. Maybe they moved to there.A lot of babies were born in ST.Marys hospital in Portsmouth whose Mother's came from the outskirts e.g Havant,Leigh Park etc, their births would all be registered in Portsmouth.
