Could almost be the G parent of R WOOLGER who took body building contestant Arnie Shwartzenneger (I'll be back)under his wing back in the 50s. Ray WOOLGER ran a gym in Portsmouth at the time and had a son Ray WOOLGER who, I think, is still in the business unless, like me he has become of gentleman of leisure. The family lived within the diocese of St Mary Portsea until the 1970s when the moved to a gym in Southsea. Another R WOOLGAR (with an A), Ray again also went to the same school as Ray jn and struck out in a different direction, he went into Electricity Supply, he too will be retired now. Although both Rays were in the same class at school we never got them mixed up.
