FreeCen does not include Portsmouth in the 1891 censuses. Could someone with access to the 1891 please look for James WINSLADE b. ca. 1864, his wife Amelia and children. I cannot decipher the name of one of the children in the 1901 and I hope it's clearer in 1891.
