Hi Jon Your distant "cousin" Alison here...... The address of John Clark and family on the 1841 census appears to be West Street, Fareham, and the only one of the family to have an occupation is John himself, listed as "Lab", which I would interpret as being "Labourer". George Cooper and Henry Besnell are also listed as "Lab". Hope this is of some help, and hope you are keeping well!
