    1. Re: [PORTSMOUTH-GOSPORT] Finding occupants at an address in a census
    2. Hi Jon, You certainly can and it is very easy providing you know the names of the road/street etc. I got quite fed up with a piecemeal £5 here and there so subscribed to FindMyPast for £65 worth in order to track all my DOWSE, LANDER, MOORLEY, LONGCROFT and WRESSELL census records. This gives me unlimited access to census and register records for a whole year and it has been super. If during your research you find a transcription error and report it to them and the error is agreed and corrected you get 3 unit credits and I have already amassed some 70 units. If you do a street search for Duke Street, Hampshire you will get five choices and you choose the one you want. I found it extremely useful for some of my LANDER family who had been misrecorded as LAUDER. I test drived Find My Past against Ancestry and found them to be more comprenhsive than Ancestry and some of the others now getting on the bandwagon. Mike Waterlooville
