    3. I am very new to this group, but would also like a present from Santa. I'd like to have any information on the family of Frederick Henry Saunders (b 1876 Henfield , Sussex) and Alice Saunders born Lewis (b. 1878 Great Malvern Worcestershire) besides their marriage date and the information found on the 1901 census. They lived on Melville Road, Gosport in 1901 and on Bevis Square, Gosport in 1905. He was with the Royal Irish Rifles in 1901, and later a motor car dealer. Three of their children, Rose (b1902 Gosport), Winifred Maude (b.1905 Gosport ) and Nellie Amelia (b.1907 Gosport) left England in the 1920's for Canada and the U.S. Perhaps a brother (Ernest Allen b. 1900 Gosport) did also. I cannot seem to pin down the records of the Frederick Henry's Saunders' or Alice's Lewis' deaths, as the are not uncommon names, nor can I find anything on Alice Lewis in Worcestershire, where she claims on the 1901 census to have been born. I also know that her father's name was George Lewis, listed as a caretaker on their marriage certificate. I can find a lot about the ancestry of George Frederick Saunders, but Alice Lewis is my brick wall. I also know nothing about what happened to the family after 1901, but for the three girls that left for North America. Thank you, Jean
