Hi Edna, I agree that its best to keep some control over our work but I also think that sharing a family history is the best way to connect with others working on the same family. I have already been in contact with two or three people who are working on various aspects of my family tree and have found complete lines of descent that give me a place to start, even if some of the info is wrong. In addition, it can be virtually impossible to track some family members without family information passed down through only one line. I'd really like to keep that accessibility but am not sure how to do that.
