There's an entry for him in the Southampton section of the National Roll of the Great War. It gives his medal entitlement - General Service and Victory Medals - and what I assume is supposed to be an address at 327, Portswood, Southampton. Portswood itself is a district in Southampton, though there are Portswood Avenue, Park and Road in the city.
