Sounds as if my chances of finding a gravestone are relatively small, but it is still worth a try. Yes, Bob, you did forget to add the email address for the "person who can help at Milton". Hi listers, I am not sure if this is an appropriate use of the list or not. I am going to be spending a few days in Portsmouth in June, researching my family, and wondered if anyone has a recommendation for a reasonably priced, reasonably good quality, place to stay there. Thanks for any advice. Lynne
Hi, We stayed at the Bembell Hotel on Festing Rd. with full breakfast. It was clean and in a nice area. Bus stop right outside the door.
