This is certainly a good concept that is suggested by Chris and would be of great help to FOD researchers. If there is enough support for the project I would certainly be willing to help out in any way that is required. Be it adding pages to the website I already have or even creating a new web site in the future which would be specific to the FOD. Many generations of my ancestors were were born in the FOD and because of my interest in the are I started the Forest of Dean Genealogy pages http://members.iinet.net.au/~davwat/royalfor/ There is no data or such things on these pages but has helpful links and also a very popular Message Board/Guestbook for FOD researchers to submit queries and find other people who may have common connections. I started these pages about 8 years ago and even at one stage had the original FOD Family History Society Pages with them before the society ceased to operate. There is a lot of useful information for researchers tucked away in the searchable Message Board. For any Watkins people on this list I also have created and maintain the following pages: WATKINS Family Tree Project http://www.watkinsfhs.net/ WATKINS Family History Society http://www.watkins.net.au/ Best Wishes Dave Watkins
