Hi everybody Being new to this list I should post my interests: My grandmother Ellen Elizabeth COLE married Albert John PRICE St.Peters church Clearwell May 1895, she was the second daughter of William COLE and Ellen THOMAS married March 1872, William and Ellen had 12 children, he was a collier. As far as I know the family was established in the Clearwell, Sling or Coleford area. My own personal connection with the Forest, apart from the above was that I spent my school years attending Lydney Grammar. In the good old days!
