Can anyone help me find more data on the Elizabeth Jones who married my forebear Joseph Vaughan at Newland in 1724. He was then 'of Whitecroft', but 'of Bream' in 1725, 1728 for baptism of children. Perhaps she was daughter of William Jones of Bream who left a Will in 1738 [but the Will doesn't name her]. What was going on Whitecroft in 1724? Charcoal-burning and iron-working by illicit squatters on Crown land, or what? Any ideas?
