Dear List members I am a new member of this list and hope that SKS amy be able to assist me. I have among my database a Herbert Powell, born in 1869/1870 in Berry Hill, which I am led to believe is in Glos. I have found him in the 1901 Census but so far have been unable to track him down in any of the 1871,1881 or 1891 Censuses. Any info would be much appreciated. David
