Hello Sandy , My Gt Gt Gr father Isaac WEBB was a cordwainer - boot & shoemaker born at Horsley 1808, his son William b,1832 , he was also a bootmaker, he married in 1854 at Newlands to an Agnes - her maiden name is not known . I wondered if you have an Agnes in your Payne Family who married at Newlands in 1854 tp a William WEBB ?
