Hi - I am new to the list. Am researching SUSANNAH MEEK born in East Dean about 1847. She married a THOMAS ESSEX who I think was born in Stroud about 1847. Susannah's mother was a HANNAH MEEK. Hannah was born in the Forest of Dean about 1804. She was a widow by the 1851 census with 5 children at home, the youngest of which was Susannah. Does anyone have access to the 1841 Census?
