    2. Gordon T. Holmes.
    3. Hello, About 6 months ago I made a request for a School Building Expert to decipher an old school photograph which I thought was either a Lydney School or a Bradford one (West Yorks). There was no positive identification, however, the other day I noticed one of the School Children (middle - far right) had a look of a photograph I have seen of my gGrandFather. If this assumption is correct, then, this means the photograph was of a Cheltenham School and dating to about 1870. Frederick George RESTALL was born in 1864 at Cheltenham. Therefore is there any old Cheltenham School Experts? The Scanned Image is about 100 KBytes. Thanks, Gordon. 2. David Wilkinson
    3. Hi Sylvia I would be happy to look in the 1861 but would like more info to go on. Your original request just said "Doctor Henry Stubb Fletcher, East Dean Westbury" (these are actually two separate places) but perhaps you could give more accurate address information as a place to start looking (I realize that he may have moved). Also expected ages and family members helps when you are trawling through an unindexed handwritten census page by page. 3. Hi Martin I think the package you choose is very much a matter of what suits *you*. Every package has its adherents and most will recommend the one they use. From reading the reviews, they all seem much the same to me. Personally, I would not consider buying a package at all since I use a perfectly satisfactory free one, Personal Ancestor File from the LDS at http://www.familysearch.org/ (go to Order/Download and then Software Downloads - Free).
