Does this Forest of Dean mailing list cover the village of ALVINGTON? In previous discussions with people who know more than I do, I'm told that the any discussion about the Forest of Dean area usually includes Alvington. Hi Everyone :-) All dates are rough idea's only I have a Brain family from the Cinderford area of the Forest of Dean. I have Alfred Brain 1875(roughly) he married unknow, they had 5 children:- Allen, Thomas(1895-1910 DoB roughly), Herny, William aka Gloucester Bill and Clara(died march 2000, yorkshire). Thomas married Mona Reed/Ried/Read (not sure which spelling), they moved to the Leeds area of Yorkshire and had 6 children:-Horace, Lucy, Carol, Thomas, Margret and Paul(1929 DoB).
