I have a record of 2 children born to Grace HULBERT - Emily Jane HULBERT (1847) amd Edwin John HULBERT. Grace later married and lived in Newington Bagpath, but in 1851, she had already moved to Bagpath, where she worked in the household of Daniel Holborow. In 1851 Edwin is listed in Hillesley, as grandson of John PITT and Sarah Ann. The household doesn't contain any sons of an age that might be his father - and the IGI can only find 3 daughters of John and Sarah Ann (Clarissa,Drusilla and Rachel(?)) the former 2 are living with their parents in 1851. Question 1) - can anyone suggest a candidate for Edwin's father? Question 2) - Can anyone suggest what may have happened to Emily? I haven't yet forund a burial record for her ...
