I just thought I would mention that Hawkesbury is VERY close to the border with Wiltshire. To-day it is but one parish away. I know of several people to-day in the village who married people from Sopworth which is I believe over the border and is just as close as Wickwar. This is just a thought and might be useful if you cannot find people in Gloucestershire. Anne
