Hi This is my first posting to this list. I'm hoping someone might have some info on William Hobbs living in Hawkesbury at the time of the 1851 census (according to Gordon Beavington). HOBBS William 35 Carter Millers Wotton under Edge Ann 32 Pembroke Cary I believe he could be my 4xg uncle. I have a baptism for William in 26 Dec 1821 along with three other sibling (no dates of birth unfortunately) parents William and Ann (loads of William's in this family!). I have his second marriage to Hannah HATTON at Ozleworth. He was a bailiff at Newark Park when he died 15 Apr 1876. Does anyone have anything on him, I don't have any details of his first marriage or any children from this marriage either. Any help would be much appreciated. Marcia Jewell Crudwell, Wiltshire
