    3. Hi Robert My connection with the STINCHCOMBEs is a bit of a sideline. It is via Susanna COOK (dau of John COOK and Anna RODWAY (?)) who married Henry STINCHCOMBE in 1804. Susanna is the sister (or half sister) of my great great great grandmother Deborah Cook. I know very little about the BEARDs in my family. My connection is via a Martha BEARD - I don't have her dates to hand (my great great grandmother). She was born in Horton in around 1839, and married Ambrose Giles SPRACKMAN. If you have any information I would be most grateful. regards Sarah >Hello Sarah >I note you are interested in STINCHCOMBE and BEARD I was curious about any >connection to the STINCHCOMBE family you may have and also the BEARD family >of Horton my GG grandfather was Giles BEARD of Horton. >regards >Robert Millard > ----- Original Message ----- >From: "sarah mitchell" <r_of_gloucester@hotmail.com> >To: <ENG-GLO-HAWKESBURY-L@rootsweb.com> >Sent: Thursday, October 12, 2000 9:47 AM >Subject: [[Hawks]] Re: [[Hawks]] WHITTERN > > >Yes, these are WHITTERNS, this must have been a transcription error.
