The Pigot's 1830 directory is not reproduced by Rod Neep on a CD at a cost of £11-67. He is looking for indexers to help index it - I did 10 pages and posted some of the stuff local to Hawkesbury to this list about 6 weeks ago - the indexes are being made available to subscribers as they are completed. There is actually a new site for this now - http://www.archivecdbooks.com/books/index.htm As a personal plug Rod is looking for subscribers for a Wiltshire directory - he won't be able to afford it until he has 50 subsribers - go take a look!
