I'm awake! I am suddenly VERY awake. Have been off and looked at pic, and info on it, and am wrapt. Thanks Doug and Geoffro. I actually have the surgeon's report for the 1839 voyage on my site at: http://www.netspace.net.au/~kapana/ship.html But what I really, really want to know, is what is the name of the Indian Bay at which they called on the way out. One of the wilder family stories is that a WICKS married an "Indian princess" and they saw her in that place, where she "come down from the throne dripping in joools". But I just love the picture. Thanks! Linda
