I downloaded "paf4" or Personal Ancestral File from the LDS site and after trying many others have found it to be best. Even better: It's FREE. It has very good Reports and allows importing directly from the IGI site. http://www.familysearch.org/ click on "Order Family History Resources" and then click on "Downloads - Free" It is set up for the LDS Church but you can set it not to use the Church settings. I highly recommend it.
